From Where My Help Comes ~

Whenever I am sad,
 when burdens overcome
 I lift my eyes to heaven
 where my help comes from.

Praying, I ask for relief,
 from my swollen eyes
 I know the One I believe
 will listen to my cries.

Whenever I am restless,
 when my fears overpower
 I lift my eyes to heaven
 to the One who’ll empower.

I let my mind engulf,
 the magnitude of His grace
 the One who’s full of mercy
 gives me peace to embrace.

Whenever I am sad,
 I lift my head up high
 knowing that my tears
 the One I trust will dry!
