When you’re in a valley,
not sure what way to go
when the road ahead . . .
isn’t one that you know.
Look for Jesus’s light,
to show you the way
listen for His voice . . .
you’ll not be lead astray.
When you’re in the fire,
weak from all the heat
when feeling overwhelmed
before you suffer defeat.
Follow your inner man,
and you’ll be able to hear
the promise of Jesus . . .
you haven’t anything to fear.
When Satan comes calling,
and you have no way out
when sin tempts you . . .
and causes you to doubt.
Turn to Jesus and ask Him,
for the strength to withstand
then rest in knowing no one
can pluck you from His hand!
