A good work,
in you God has began
to help you get rid
of that old sinful man.
He promised to give,
His Spirit to you
so He could guide
and lead you how to.
A good work,
God will perform
so to His likeness
you can conform.
It will take time,
to reach perfection
until He sees in you
His own reflection.
A good work,
in you God will finish
if you will let Him . . .
go about His business!
