Have pity on us Father,
for the error of our ways
rain down on us Your mercy
and we’ll shower You with our praise.
Forgive us of our wanderings,
for going from You astray
give us Your compassion
and our gratefulness to you we’ll display.
Have pity on us Father,
for we have seen the True Light
have favor on our souls
and we’ll laud You with all our might.
Forgive us of our every sin,
for all the wrongs we’ve done
cover us with Your loving grace
and our gratitude we’ll show to Your Son.
Have pity on us Father,
let us to You draw near
have empathy for our life’s . . .
and we’ll praise You with holy fear!
