Whenever you are afraid,
when you feel the burn of fear
put your trust in Jesus . . .
and let Him draw you near.
Whenever you are frighten,
when your heart skips a beat
put your trust in Jesus . . .
lay your anxiety at His feet.
Whenever you are nervous,
when you feel panic’s alarm
put your trust in Jesus . . .
and find rest in His arms.
Whenever you are worried,
when you feel the jolt of fright
put your trust in Jesus . . .
and soak in, His healing light.
Whenever you are afraid,
worried, nervous or frighten
put you trust in Jesus . . .
and your fears, He will lighten!
