Father, thank You for the mercy,
each day on me You bestow
thank You for the kindness
that to me You daily show.
Thank You for the grace,
and the love of a Savior
thank You for showering me
with Your pity and favor.
Father thank You for the hope,
each day that I receive
thank You for the faith
helping me hourly to believe.
Thank You for the trust,
I’ve put into Your Son and You
for without it I don’t know
what in this world I would do.
Father thank You for the peace,
today’s and what’s forthcoming
thank You for the promise . . .
of a future homecoming!
