~ God Sent Out His Word ~

From the beginning of time,
God sent out His Word
so throughout the universe
by all it’d be heard.
He gave us His Light,
so we could understand
the plan for salvation
He had for all of man.
Our hearts are enlighten,
once His Word enters in
to help us to recognize
the cause of our sin.
As we read and we study,
the Light shines brighter
and our confessions to God
makes our burdens lighter.
From the beginning of time,
God sent out His Light
simply so we’d keep . . .
heaven in our sight!
