I asked God . . .
where is that secret place
the one where I can find
sufficient is Your grace?

He said to me . . .
it’s right  inside of you
but you must learn to trust Me
in everything you do.

He took me to my knees,
and I poured out my heart
letting go of everything
that was keeping us apart.

I wept, I cried, I prayed,
for Him to never leave
then I heard Him whisper . . .
it’s you, who needs to cleave.

He gave me the strength,
to rise again to my feet
and said prayer is the secret place
where we can always meet!
