to GOD be the GLORY

~ But, Take Heart ~

Take heart,
faith, do not lose
don’t let the evil-minded
give you the blues.

For, peace can be yours,
if you so elect
when onto Jesus
your eyes you direct.

Take heart,
joy, do not let go of
don’t let the enemy
overpower His love.

For, hope is yours,
in a world bearing none
for over the wicked
Jesus already won.

Take heart,
hold on to your faith and trust
for Jesus overcame . . .
the evilness all around us!

But take heart;
I have overcome the world.”
